Here are some few easy ways to stay healthy without trying so hard:
👉🏻 Swap veggies when you can (spaghetti squash instead of pasta, cauliflower rice instead of white rice)... I swear they’re delicious.
👉🏻 Get 8 hours of sleep. This one should be non negotiable! Your body & brain will work better when you let it rest.
👉🏻 Download a meditation app. I use the calm app!! It’s soooo good to rest your mind even for just 10 mins.
👉🏻 Do some kind of activity for 30 mins a day. You can walk, embarrass yourself in some new dance class, run, lift... it doesn’t matter what it is, but just move the body you’re blessed to move!
👉🏻 Drink MORE than half your weight in oz. a day. It helps to prevent illness, bloating, it helps to improve your steps with all the trips to the bathroom😳, & keeps your skin clear!!
👉🏻 Intermittent fasting!! GAME CHANGER! And you don’t need to be a freak about... just most days of the week try to eat between a 8 to 10 hour window. I like my shake after my workout.. so I typically start eating about 9:30 & the kitchen is closed around 5:30. Rinse & repeat. Easy peasy.
