I never felt like I was part of something before... Do you ever feel that way?? Becoming a coach (even though I had a TON of fears), gave me this community of people that were so positive and had such excitement for life!!

There are so many amazing benefits to coaching... getting your health on track, motivating others, eTc.. BUT the #1 for me is my #Sisterhood family!! There's so much love, support, & laughter!!

I have many of you asking about this newest program from Beachbody - and let me tell you, this program is going to be AMAZING!  I've already been able to do a few workouts before it's official release (for early access only) and I am PUMPED!

If summer & start of school time means that time is crazy, and finding time to workout is challenging, then this is the program for you!  With 4 days to work out - the rest are rest (and for amazing reasons; you will learn why!), and 20 minutes for each workout (that is all you need for incredible results!) - even the busiest person can find time for this!

What is the newest program from Beachbody all about?

It’s LIFT, HIIT, Rest, and REPEAT.

All it takes is four days a week and a pair of dumbbells. That’s right — no bands, barbells, pull-up bars, or kettlebells required. It is all about going BACK TO THE BASICS and that’s exactly why dumbbells are all you’ll need to crush your workouts!!

LIIFT4 is all about weightlifting and HIIT cardio, and you will get your body in the ultimate fat-burning zone with each workout. The whole program is eight weeks long, with 32 different workouts, none of which are the same. You will NOT get bored! Especially with my help, group support, personal check ins, and nutrition help! Another great perk of LIIFT4 is all the workouts are only about half an hour long, so you won’t have to waste hours and hours working out to get the results you want…especially as summer has us busy!

Summer, summer, summertime

Summer summer summertime!  Time to sit back and unwind.  (Bonus points if you are singing that in your head...)

Actually, for me - there is no sitting back to unwind because I am FIRED UP! Why?

It's that time again!!!! NEW FRESH MONTH!! July is one of my favorite months - we are full throttle in summer, pool water is warm, fireflies light up the night, s'mores and campfires, no schedules or bedtimes...and, it's FAMILY time! One thing that I do every month is write down my goals.  Do you do that? It is therapeutic and awesome to see your dreams wrote out! And, it helps me visualize what I KNOW can come true!  So, grab a pen and paper and write down your monthly goals/dreams with me!! THIS month specifically fires me up because I’m kicking it off from New York City! 🌆

Here are a few of my goals for July
.

1.  Be present in every moment🙏🏻
2.  Have a killer boot camp with the NEW program launching on the 16th🙌🏻
3.  Help 5 coaches reach the next level in their business 💎
4.  Go LIVE on IG 3xs a week🎙 (Are you following me there? @jendelvaux!!)
5. Add 10 new coaches to my sisterhood tribe!! Will YOU be one?? 👯
6. Weekly date nights with Darren💋
7.  Stick to business hours⏰
8. Salad a day!! Which is so easy to do with the fresh farmers markets around! 🥗
9. Look into doing a podcast with Darren. 
10. Help and empower 20 women to become their personal best!!
11. BLOG more and use this platform to reach out to others who are looking for inspiration, motivation, FUN, or just enjoy reading!
12. Showcase a coach, every month, on my #girlieboss team for being the rockstar that they are! And this month, I am showcasing Brandi McCormick! Brandi is one of those people you WANT in your corner. She will fight for you, support you, laugh with you, walk with you, and encourage you in all areas of your life! She has a sparkle in her eye and a huge zest for life! She had a business goal that she laser focused on reaching, and crushed it. She is slaying life and I am SO proud of her!

1. WAKE UP EARLY: Go to bed at a decent hour, getting 7 or 8 hours sleep and you'll wake up feeling refreshed and ready for a new day. If you wake up earlier you are more likely to have a happier and more successful day.

2. FIND YOUR SMILE: And find it daily. Do something that makes you happy right away. Tell yourself something wonderful is going to happen and believe it.
.
3. SEE BEYOND IMPERFECTIONS: Happy people understand that life isn't going to be flawless. They don't judge others! They look for the good in people and even in themselves.
.
4. PAT YOURSELF ON THE BACK: Happy people are proud of what they do. They recognize when they accomplish something. They finish what they start and they're always try to become better.
.
5. GET MOVIN': Go to the gym, go for a walk, or do an at-home workout. After you get your body moving – I promise you won't regret it.
.
6. BECOME YOUR OWN BESTFRIEND: We can be our own worst enemy or own best friend – it's up to YOU to decide. Don't let your mind bring you down and tell you you're not happy. You deserve to find joy. Love the person in the mirror and think positively about yourself.

7. SURROUND YOURSELF WITH HAPPY PEOPLE: Be around people who uplift you and make you feel better. Did you know if you're constantly with negative people – you are more likely to become negative too? Your environment around you can make you who you are.

8. BE GRATEFUL: Don't take a day for granted. Recognize that every day is a blessing.
.
9. SLOW DOWN: We tend to take on too much. Give yourself a break. Don't feel like you need to do everything in one day. Do what is best for you.
.
10. MAKE THE BEST OUT OF EVERYTHING: We really do have choices in every situation – choose the highroad – smile, laugh and make the best of it.
