1. First unplug and RELAX... take sometime to yourself, enjoy your coffee☕️.. and think about all the things you are grateful for!!

2. Toss everything that's expired or questionable in your fridge🚫

3. Go grocery shopping for the week🍅

4. Write your Monday morning to do list📝

5. Spend quality time with the fam👩👩👧👦

6. Hang up your clothes and put your closet back in order 👗

7. Plan your workouts for the week👟
.
8. Empty all the garbage cans🙊
