#TuesdayTransformation

The grass isn't greener on the other side... The grass is greener where you water it.
.
There was a time where I forget to take care of me... I was overweight, lacking confidence, and wasn't living life to the fullest! Can you relate?

I woke up one day and realized I deserved more!! I started to take care of ME!! I started working out, eating healthy, started doing things to make me happier and more confident each and every day! I am a NEW person today!!
.
Now I'm on a mission to find that girl that used to be me!! To show her that she can CHANGE her story, love her body, and really love life.❤️
.
If you can relate to any of this, and want to find out exactly how I was able to transform my life message me!!
.
Life is happening NOW!! Why not make it the best?!?

This post is for you....

They're words that are uttered often, yet how often do we truly let those words sink in and take action? So many of us engage in self-inflicted negativity in our lives without even realizing it – all resulting in negative self-esteem and destructive patterns.

But we can fix that. It starts with small changes, every day. A commitment to make a positive change in your life. Believe in YOU! You deserve it!

#MondayMotivation = personal development

Do you read any daily inspirational quotes or books? You should. It’s your inspiration that drives the process and sets the tone of your week, your attitude, your work, and YOU.
The greater takeaway of inspiring yourself? You are providing yourself with a vibrant attitude. One that runs throughout all that you are involved in. You are providing yourself with; building positive thoughts, reinforcing amazing ideas, giving yourself accountability, providing strength and an eagerness towards your life!!!! Encourage and motivate yourself. Be the best version of yourself.
#MondayMotivation:
Keep your thoughts positive because your thoughts become your words.
Keep your words positive because your words become your behavior
Keep your behavior positive because your behavior becomes your habits.
Keep your habits positive because your habits become your values.
Keep your values positive because your values become your destiny.

I listen to personal development (it's typically easier than reading for me) EVERY day!  If you are looking to add personal development into your routine, join my PodSquad for Personal Development group!  It's FREE and I'd love to have you!   CLICK here to join!

Happy #FRIDAY! Oh wait...never mind....it's, ugh, Monday...

Have you ever wondered why you love Fridays so much? Because you wake up telling yourself it's going to be a good day! SO...here we are - a Monday after a time change to boot. How are you feeling??? Need help changing your mind?

Look at your environment, emotions and influences. The human body and mind is largely influenced by the messages and feelings put out by the person in control of that mind.

If you tell yourself negative messages, your body and mind responds to that and like it or not, your actions are determined by your thoughts.

Start by applying these tips:

*Make every day a brand new start, you can't change the past but you sure can learn from it.
*Smile! Yes, even when no ones around. You'll feel silly at first but that's ok, Happy people are infectious.
*Be in charge of the person you want to be! #girlieboss rules apply here! πŸ˜‰
*Stop comparing yourself to others, their situation is different to yours.
*Start every week prepared for a successful week so that every choice you make takes you one step closer toward your goals. Who prepped their week out?
*Find the positives of where you are right now in this given time. What has this taught you?
*Be grateful for the lessons you've learned, they've made you the wonderful person you are.

What my body has taught me...

My body has taught me

I am stronger than I realize

And more fragile than I like.

I can endure pain with courage

And be reduced to tears by a virus.

I am marvelous, miraculous, mysterious.

My body has its own deep intelligence.

I carry my memories in my cells.

I am constantly being born anew.

I hold tight to fear and resistance.

I breathe deeply, and let go.

My legs will carry me farther than I think I can walk.

My heart will keep beating even when it's broken.

My mouth will kiss, laugh, drink tea and eat chocolate.

My skin will shiver with pleasure.

My bones will tell the weather.

My feet will find the path.

My hands will soothe a crying child.

And write a story that will make you cry.

And pour you a glass of wine.

And brush your hair.

And stroke your cheek.

And hold your hand.

My body will chop wood.

And carry water.

My body understands the wisdom of rest.

The beauty of stillness.

The power of touch.

The importance of dance.

And that there is only this. Here. Now.

My body understands joy, delight and play.

My body knows what I'm hungry for.

My body has taught me to pay attention to my desires.

To listen to my gut.

To trust my appetites.

My body has taught me I am human.

I am here.

I am beautiful.

I am powerful.

I am brave.

I am scared.

I am alive.

And I am grateful.

Wisdom for my daughter!

Who has a daughter in this crowd?  My girl is 17 but I still look at her as my little baby!  It's crazy how time flies!  As she has grown up, I have given countless advice on things but this list sums it up the best! Let me know what you would add and if you have any questions!  If you haven't already, hit me up on Facebook, I'd love to connect with you!

Wisdom for my daughter:

-Your future does not lay in front of you. It lies deep inside you.
-Life is not about finding yourself, it's about creating yourself.
-When life becomes a roller coaster, climb into the front seat, throw your arms in the air and enjoy the ride.
-Rise by lifting others.
-When life gets crazy, do something normal.
-And if life gets too normal, do something crazy.
-Always be nice.
-Life is about your how handle plan B.
-Practice the art of listening.
-Play with wild abandon no matter how old you get.
-Find the joy in all choices you make.
-Remember, in the end good girls always win.
-Never forget...I will love you forever, for always, and no matter what.
