Do you ever workout at the stadium??


Do you ever workout at the stadium?? LOVE it!!
Here's a few of my favorite moves:
1. Running (duh😜)
2. Forward and back (then switch sides)
3. Squat jump
4. Lunge with leg lift (squeeze your booty)
5. In & out
6. Butt kickers
7. High knees
8. Toe taps on the bench
9. Spider-Man push-up
10. Tricep dips
11. Box jumps
12. Step up with booty squeeze
